Say Cheers to Vancouver's Top 10 Breweries
"Established in 2013, 33 Acres (15 West 8th Avenue) has grown from a brewery into a dining destination. Known for its brunch and veggie-forward options, the avocado ‘smash’ toast and mint and kale salad might sound hipsterish but the 60-seater dining room is open to all, including (accompanied) children. There are food trucks outside for hungry visitors and it’s an easy walk to SoMa's (South Main's) best restaurants if you need more food."

"Even if you hate dark beer (you should stop that) 33 Acres of Darkness is amazing, it’s like a dessert in a glass. Also the brewery itself has the friendliest staff, and tucked away from busy streets it’s like a beer oasis. Sometimes they have eclectic live music, sometimes it’s too loud to tell because it gets pretty busy (Ps- share the big table and make friends!)"

10 Vancouver Craft Breweries & Bars Every Beer Lover Should Try
"33 Acres Brewing is known for its minimalist approach to its brewery, brunch, Instagram account, and beers. Their most loved beers are 33 Acres of Life, Ocean (West Coast Pale Ale), and Sunshine (French Blanchè). The 33 Acres moniker continues into the selection, with beers such as Echo, Darkness, Euphoria, and Nirvana."

Vancouver's Best Breweries
"On top of the fact that they encourage you to order food truck food from outside and then bring it into the tasting room, this brewery has so many wicked things going on. One Trick Pony is definitely that best 9% beer you’ll get in the city, if you’re into that kind of thing. Also in the summer they usually have really fruity, hibiscus infused beer which is great if you’re the kind of person who wouldn’t be caught dead with a sangria."

Ranking Vancouver’s Best Breweries
"This didn’t really come as a surprise, Brassneck is much beloved by both the public and the nerdiest of beer nerds out there. With their consistently rotating taps and the generally interesting beers being produced, the question wasn’t whether Brassneck would come out on tops, but just how far ahead of the rest it would be."

10 Best Craft Beer Spots in Vancouver
"Brassneck is quite possibly the cutest craft brewery in the city. Enter a long, narrow room trimmed by rough-hewn millwork and concrete floors, and sit yourself down—or not, we’ll get to that later—at one of the knotty softwood tables. The flights here are great, and you can mix and match pours as you please."

"Housed in one of Vancouver’s only remaining industrial heritage buildings, Main Street Brewing Co. (261 East 7th Avenue) is located inside the 1913 Vancouver Brewery Garage, which is in the historic Brewery Creek district where the original breweries once stood. Family-friendly and airy, the brewery Tasting Lounge is the best place to head for a filling combination of tacos and tipples. Try the chicken wings or charcuterie board, washed down with an appropriately named Main Street Pilsner, or dig into a plate of Little Mountain nachos with a Number Seven Saison."

"Despite being one of the larger locations off of Main street, Main Street Brewing always seems to have a line outside. That’s a testament to the consistent quality of the beer from both the regular and experimental series."

"Likened to the “well-loved hoodie” of Vancouver’s brewery scene, R&B’s beloved (and award-winning) brews include Vancouver Special IPA, Dude Chilling Pale Ale and Stolen Bike Lager. (The tongue-in-cheek names alone are award-worthy.) And the ’70s-era rec-room feel and soundtrack of its Ale and Pizza House make it a go-to gathering spot in the East Van ’hood. 1-54 E 4th Ave.,randbbrewing.com"

10 Best Craft Beer Spots in Vancouver
"Located on Mainland Street, one of Yaletown’s two main north-south arteries, Yaletown Brewing Company has been an after-work, lunch, and evening mainstay in Vancouver’s converted warehouse district since 1994. The brew pub—which also includes a 160-seat restaurant—is classic Yaletown, with exposed brick walls and rough-hewn timber cross beams. At the back of the pub, behind a wall of glass, is the guts of the operation: massive vats full of fresh beer."

"The only brewery properly located in the downtown core, Yaletown Brewing earns some credit for the longstanding history of the brand and the fact they do take home a number of awards every now and then. It also happens to be a consistently busy location, something that is a rare find in Yaletown."

"Close to Bomber Brewing, Off the Rail (1351 Adanac Street) started as a way for founder Steve to share his love of craft brewing. His parents owned the famous Vancouver music bar The Railway Club and he introduced patrons to craft brewing there before moving to Mission in BC to grow hops when his parents sold the club. Now the handcrafted brews are available in the Tasting Room, alongside snacks from East Side Beer Food if you’re feeling peckish."
